NEW ORLEANS — John Papa Gros finished out the first day of this year’s French Quarter Fest, Thursday, April 6, with an awesome set of funky tunes. He followed Aaron Neville and had a setting sun that perfectly highlighted the Abita Beer Stage and nearby Mississippi River. Here’s a photo essay of the evening.
