NEW ORLEANS — The annual French Quarter Fest kicked off its festivities Thursday, April 6 with a morning parade down Bourbon Street in New Orleans. Brass bands, festival sponsors and music lovers marched down the iconic street to usher in a new year of celebrating Louisiana’s music scene. Hollywood Soapbox was there to catch the action.
